How long will my order take?

The majority of products will ship within 1-2 business days and arrive 1-2 business days after they are shipped. If a particular product is subject to different requirements (for example, deliveries that are large enough to require pallets) you will be contacted after placing your order to arrange delivery

How can I return an item?

If an item arrives incorrect or broken, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will arrange a return and replacement for you. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may need to pay for the return shipping. Our full Returns Policy is listed in our Terms & Conditions.

How can I pause or amend my livefood subscription?

You can manage all aspects of your subscription in the "My Subscriptions" section of your account page. This includes changing the amount or frequency of your deliveries, adding or removing products, pausing your subscription if you are on holiday, and cancelling the subscription. How does shipping and delivery work?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order, followed by tracking information once your order is shipped. We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries, so you will be kept up to date on your order progress through their system. If for any reason your order encounters a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible via email and offer you alternative options for delivery where possible.

 

We expect the majority of orders to be dispatched and delivered to your door within 2-3 business days. There are some products where we are aware this is not the case; these products are highlighted on the product page.

 

Please be aware that all pallet deliveries are done by curbside drop. If the items you have ordered are large or heavy, we recommend you have someone on hand to help you into the house with your delivery.

 

Please note that all delivery services rely on third-party couriers to delivery on time and in good order. We do our best to ensure your items arrive on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by the delivery company.
